As he does so often, Lorne Gunter 's description of what has just happened with the Capital Line LRT extension is so right on. We are going to be paying $240 million or 25% more but will be getting considerably less for our money. It reminds me of Klaus Schwab's saying "you will have nothing and be happy" City council and the builders assure us that even though we are paying more and having less, we will be happy.
