WHO SHOULD PAY THE CITADEL'S REPAIR BILLS
One of the things we hope to see on FocaLOCAL is public discourse such as we find in THE JOURNAL'S "Tuesday's Letters".
A repair bill of$130 million over 25 years equal about $25 million a year which if picked up by the city is another large amount added to the budget which will have many ramifications, including a possible tax increase. Larry Kassian, the man who wrote the response to the Journal's article, posted here yesterday, offers a couple of valid suggestions to the City.
Do you think Larry Kassian’s suggestions merit consideration by the City.
