CITY HALL LOCKED DOWN AFTER SHOTS FIRED AND MOLOTOV COCKTAIL THROWN

Earlier today City Hall was shutdown after shots were fired and a Molotov cocktail was thrown. Police have conducted a sweep of the building and roads around City Hall have been closed. No injuries have been reported and one person has been arrested. This is an unfolding news story.
