LGBTQ2S+ policies and curriculum in schools have become a contentious issue in many countries, including Canada, provinces, including Alberta and cities, including Edmonton. The across Canada and in Edmonton attracted protestors against sexual orientation and gender identity in Canadian schools. The counter protest in support of sexual orientation and gender identity in schools in Edmonton was organized by United Change Edmonton (UCE).
