NEIGHBOURS LAWSUIT CLAIMS CONSTRUCTION OF GLENORA PARK RETIREMENT RESIDENT DAMAGED THEIR PROPERTIES

‍Some homeowners across the street from the Glenora Park Retirement Residence have launched a lawsuit against a number of defendants who had different roles in the construction project. Plaintiffs claim extensive vibrations and intense pounding during the initial excavation work caused extensive property damage. The plaintiffs also claim the City of Edmonton and other defendants failed to conduct reasonable diligence.
